- Should your product become faulty and require repair, please contact where you originally purchased your product from, they will be able to advise you of what to do next. Alternatively, contact the distributor for your country for advice, they will be able to advise you who will be able to provide you with assistance to get you product back to full working condition
- If you would prefer factory service, McMurdo Ltd operates a factory repair service, but we do you require you to obtain an RMA (return materials authorisation) prior to returning any items, please contact us by email:
