Distributor enthusiasm flying high at METS
The annual Marine Equipment Trade Show (METS), held in Amsterdam finished on a high point in mid November when a record breaking visitor level was achieved. Distributors gathered at the show to visit McMurdo’s stand and the team were pleased to report very good growth and continued interest in McMurdo’s products.

McMurdo’s distress beacons, GMDSS Radio and Navtex were very well received at Kormarine, the International Shipbuilding & Marine Equipment Exhibition, held in late October in Soeul.

Teams line up for Atlantic Rowing Race
The Atlantic Rowing Race is about to start! On 2nd December 2007 22 boats will cross the start line in La Gomera, Canary Islands bound for English Harbour, Antigua. Many will be equipped with McMurdo distress beacons, including ladies pair Rachel Smith and Lin Griesel, and men’s pair Paul Harris and Steve Gardner.
